Philadelphia-based Talk Therapy
Home: Welcome
Asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do, but it can also be one of the hardest because of past experience of not being heard, believed, or supported.
I believe therapy is inherently political and I don’t shy away from the impact that our government’s history, its policies, and practices have on our mental health. I want to help you explore the intersections of your experiences and identities as we work to reach your goals.
My approach is non-hierarchical, compassionate, and collaborative. Together we will gradually process your lived experience to achieve a life that feels balanced, more peaceful, and sustainable.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. My work is LGBTQ+ and disability affirming.
