My approach
My therapy style is eclectic, rooted particularly in person-centered and existentialist approaches. I believe in working with every client as a whole person, not just as a collection of symptoms. In therapy, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your life story up to this point and feel more confident making decisions that lead to a life ripe with possibility.

I strive to get to know my clients human-to-human rather than expert-to-patient and to show up with authenticity, kindness, humor, and curiosity. You will have a clear sense of who I am, but the focus is always on you, the client.

About me
My identity as a therapist is heavily influenced by the relationship between mental health and systemic oppression and the challenges I have faced while living with an invisible disability. Most of my client base are millennials and Gen Zers grappling with major life changes and existential matters, though I enjoy working with people in all phases of adulthood.

I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies, and my MFA in Creative Writing from Oregon State University. I am now a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). I've been providing therapy in various contexts since 2020.

Outside of work I enjoy browsing used bookstores, spending time with loved ones, and hanging out with my dog.

I look forward to connecting with you!
